The Firm is adept in processing various types of work permits with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and visas with the Bureau of Immigration (BI), Philippine Economic Processing Zone (PEZA), Board of Investments (BOI), Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA).
The partners have assisted foreign clients in securing their alien employment permit, certificate of exemption, or certificate of exclusion from DOLE.
They have also extensive practice in processing temporary resident visas, commercial/working visas (9G), tourist visa renewal with the BI. They have likewise secured 47(a)(2) visas for expatriates employed in the PEZA zones. For those foreign retirees and investors in the Philippines, they have assisted clients in securing their Special Resident Retiree’s Visa or the Special Investor’s Resident Visa with the PRA.
