The Firm can provide legal services relating to the registration of a bank, electronic money issuer (EMI), operator of payment systems (OPS), virtual asset service provider (formerly, virtual currency exchange) and electronic payment and financial services (EPFS) provider with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
The Firm has also significant experience for data privacy and cybersecurity compliance including the conduct of privacy impact assessments, drafting of privacy notice and privacy manual. It has varied experience in providing legal advice for vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, email and phone phishing activities and other activities geared towards cybersecurity compliance.
